Civilian peace-building, conflict prevention and resolution The overall objectives of the Action are to: Contribute to improving transparency, accountability and people’s participation in Public Financial Management (PFM) in Myanmar; and Contribute to better development outcomes for vulnerable women and men in Myanmar through improved government development programming.
