Basic drinking water supply To contribute to sustainable urban development (driking water component) for the city of Mandalay.
- The infrastructure sub-component: rehabilitation of the existing network and extension to areas of the city currently not covered; reduction of water losses and implementation of a comprehensive system for measuring and monitoring the network.
- A sub-component devoted to assistance measures: institutional expertise for the long-term empowerment of the municipal drinking water service; assistance with project management; assistance with the design and operation of awareness campaigns for users.
