Decentralizing Funding to Schools Project - Additional Financing (DFSP AF)

The DFSP AF provides support to the continued implementation, scale-up and enhancement of the School Improvement Support Program (SISP), the Student Stipends Program (SSP), Early Learning Program (ELP), and a new Teacher Mentoring and Cluster Support Program (TMCSP). It also supports building further the MoE’s monitoring and evaluation (M&E) capacity through focusing on evaluating impacts of programs.

To improve inclusiveness of school funding management and enhance support to teachers’ professional development while increasing transition rates of poor and at-risk students.
